The Cute Abiola reveals his sad experience with FSARS (Video)
Popular Instagram comedian, Cute Abiola, has also lent his voice to support the disbandment of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).
The comedian who posted his sad experience with SARS on his Instagram page said:
“It was in 2015, in Ilorin, around Challenge area. I was called to anchor a birthday party. I dressed well in my socks. I took a bike and on our way going, two policemen stopped us. They were on mufti and suddenly one of them brought out his gun. They started chasing the bike man. I never had such experience before, I was so scared. One stood with the bike man, and suddenly another one tried pointing a gun at me.
“That was when I started running. Then they started chasing me. People were shouting that I should stop or else the police will shoot me. When I stopped, a blackberry phone was inside my pocket and it fell down. You won’t believe it that the SARS officer picked up the blackberry phone and kept it in his pocket.”
Then he started questioning me that who am I and I told him am an MC because then I wasn’t into online comedy. You won’t believe it that the SARS officer did not return my blackberry phone until this moment. Cute Abiola said the officer told him to come to the station to collect it.”
You will recall that the inspector general of police, Ibrahim Adamu, has ordered that SARS operatives should stop patrolling around the country.
